Non-Dairy Cream Cheese Frosting

2 8 oz pkgs non-dairy cream cheese
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp agave nectar
1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
a pinch of sea salt

To make frosting, whip cream cheese until smooth, then add agave nectar, vanilla, and sea salt and beat until smooth. Frost cupcakes or cake with cream cheese frosting and top with favorite toppings.
